Interesting Blogs on thebobs.com:

Looking on thehobs.com, I found three blogs that I thought were interesting because of their content and the relation they have with the topics and contents of the course organizations and cultures:

• http://1pissedarab.blogspot.com/: I think this blog is interesting because the man who writes is trying to explain his point of view about the whole Arab-Israeli conflict where religion, thoughts and culture as a whole is determinant and involved in the final resolution of the conflict. I feel it also questions us about our "happy perfect lives" and what we do for others.
• http://bangladeshcorporate.com/: this is a blog where many of the aspects of the Bangladesh market, products and businesses are explained to the whole world. I think that it is interesting because it shows how this country is taking advantage of the facilities of the internet and adapting their markets and their cultures to a more globalized business world-
• http://4equality.info/: this blog is actually writen in Israeli. In the description of the blog available on thebobs.com, they explained that the blog was ment to create awareness about the discrimination of women in Israel; it was created to get women to vote in the 2008 presidential elections. I think this blog is interesting because it has a lot to do with values, beliefs, perceptions and attributions. At the same time it creates conflict between the western countries where men and women are equal and the eastern countries that refuse to adapt to a more modern world. this is evident in the fact that the blog has been blocked 17 times and some of the people involved in it are in prisson.
